i am linked to realtime SEC filings through nasdaq.com. i've seen all the news, but it's in the filing that we'd see what kind of lockup or restrictions exist for this placement and this site doesn't have it yet.
how many placements have you seen with really cheap warrant kickers..the acquiring institution is only getting 1 wt. for every 4 shares or so, with an exercise over 40% higher than the purchase.
i could have had 1.22 and bet i will regret not taking it.

as a recent ihub devotee, i need to ask: is the Bounce thread primarily for scalps? if so, is there a better thread for discussing oversold or other bounce candidtes for longer term swing type trading?
