Let's remember that we have been here before. Yes! Remember when the first audit came out? The price hit .32 or so and that equates to 3.20 today. The PPS slowly fell back after that as doubt was cast on the audit as numbers from Bangladesh were unverified by the US auditor.

A cautionary note here. At the time of the last audit we knew that there were 200MM authorized shares and around 150 something shares outstanding. Now there are still 200MM authorized and last we knew only 20MM outstanding. Who would like to bet their investment that the O/S remains at 20MM?

What if there are 40MM outstanding? What would the PPS be then?
