Heathrow Natural Food and Beverage, Inc. Enters Into an Agreement to Produce the Heathrow Natural Super Food Line of Antioxidant


LAKE MARY, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/24/09 -- Heathrow Natural Food & Beverage, Inc.

(PINKSHEETS: HRNF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a preliminary agreement with Michigan Quality Snacks of Shelby Township,
Michigan to produce the Heathrow Natural Super Food line of Antioxidant Fruit Bars. The bars will be branded as ACAI Plus Fruit Cocktail & Resveratrol
Plus Fruit Cocktail. Michigan Quality Snacks has produced sample batches for Heathrow Natural Foods and will move to final production upon approval
of the final recipe and laboratory nutritional testing. The fruit bars are expected to be in distribution during the first quarter of 2010 and will use the same
distribution system as the Heathrow Super Food Gum products.
