Throwerw. Thanks for bringing up the issue to the board. Being a shareholder of CKGT, I appreciate your effort.

From my study, the case is a fraud case happened in 2005-2006 involving a person named "Yu YingChen" pretending Chairman of Board of "Kangda", or CKGT, to cheat investment money in city of FuSun. Nothing to do with real CKGT we all like.

This means that "Yu YingChen" etc used "Harbin Hainan Kanda" name to cheat investment money from people in FuSun. No wonder any CKGT people may not know about this. If you called CKGT, their response about its irrelevance makes sense.

Notice: “??” is double quoted meaning "estalished". in same way "???????" means "Harbin Hainan Kanda" also double-quoted. Doublequote is used to mean not real. ??? (or Yu YingChen) never established Kanda. (SEC filing consistently used same set of insiders) Yu YingChen simply used company's name to cheat investor's money. Apparently "Harbin Hainen Kanda" is good company name to be used.

Once you plug in ???????? (Cactus Fraud case) to google. you will find several more fraud cases in other provices. Apparently cactus planting and development is very profitable business and demand is so strong that frauds are inevitable.

This proves CKGT is good investment from yet another angle.
