My thoughts on post 123...

While I believe it is "fair criticism" to offer opinions on how you, as an investor, feel the company is handling business (meeting reporting requirements, providing shareholders with pertinent information, etc...), I also believe his tone is condescending and arrogant.

If his wish is to point out valid concerns to warn potential investors of his fears on the way the company is doing business, then that is fine and should be encouraged. However, leave your personal vendetta out of the threads. If personal attacks are your only means for making your point, then you surely are not mature enough to be giving advice on how people should invest their money.

Just my opinion.
