Since Carbon Recovery Corp had an exclusive license with Mobilestream Oil, Inc and Global acquired the Mobilestream Oil (MSRM) for no other reason other than to take MSRM to a bulletin board shell as claimed at the time during our morning meetings and in order to look better situated in the stock market and gain more investors (except Jeff Andrews screwed that up with a late filing and kicked back to pink sheet), I’d say one for one as it always should have been since the beginning of the arrangement.

One good thing that came out of the shell shuffle though was the Mobilestream scam going on in Spain and South Florida that needed to be distancing itself from South Jersey.
