Yeh, previous: Peter signed the notes that made them so toxic and they were selling them after he had sold the notes and the 504 filing to K&L to sell at a major discount. A sweetheart deal.

Do you or anyone else sign contracts without reading and understanding them? Seems to me, if you don't understand them...you might want to take the contract to an attorney for his or her opinion. It is suspicious...that is all I am saying.
