I'm sure it wasn't an accident that the Google deal was announced before ONT's positive earnings. I hope someone sues their BOD and management over it. I didn't pay much attention to the topic at the time you originally posted it, but wish I had. It would have given me even more sleepless nights!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the poison pill goes into effect, all of management's options vest immediately, so that might be a reason not to revoke it. I'd be delighted if they would sell for the poison pill number (now $55), but there are probably other ways they can get around it. If anyone knows how, as Jake pointed out, our BOD does with the securities law expertise. Funny how that expertise didn't help in the other contract lawsuits PPHM was involved in. Obviously, someone wasn't paying too much attention to the documents with China, USC and Epstein.
