I agree with you. difference between an investor and a trader.
I guess that I am much more comfortable with the investor roll on EXPH.

I went to see my father two weeks ago. I talked to him on Saturday and on Sunday found him peacefully passed away in his chair at his home. He was a man of infinite wisdom and calm common sense. Steady and honest to the end. We had discussed investment stategies concerning gaining wealth. I explained some of my concerns with a couple of my investments. His advise was more along the line of "beware of wolves in sheep's clothing" and trust what you know but always try to know more.

I do not want to get caught unaware here, (I want to know more) but I do not see deliberate misleading PRs. I went back over them. It was planned to spin this off from inception.

I believe that it is impossible to please all the investors. Honestly, must be very dificcult to know what to divulge about a company's plans or when to divulge it. If you are totally transparent, you are accused of tipping your hand. If you are too vague you are not transparent. I am sure that most posters here have had another poster respond to them and totally misunderstand, or misrepresent, what was the intent of the original post.

I am waiting, trying to know more and being very wary of "wolves in sheep's clothing.
