and the quality of the weed is mostly from the stain of the mother! and lots of lighting! The sun is the best and if your growing indoors you will needs a few 1000watt lights for Grade A weed. Their is alot of things to consider growing indoor also, its harder than one may think in large scale...

also im making a point here too that medical users may also grow thier own instead of buying it but i bet 90% will just end up buying it and prob more than half the people will try growing outside and will still fail compared to what they can buy in the store...
