Is .45-.48 still possible for a buy and did I miss the boat on this one?

Do I undertand correctly that the pps could possibly rise over the next month and then at the 3.5-for-1 stock split in January, the pps will drop, but I'd then have 3x the current shares? Is that right? Are we looking at it going to possibly $3 by Jan, then the split?

Just want to be sure I understand what is happening with this before I make a move to purchase.

Thanks for any clarification or help with this one.
