There is no possibility of a buyout by any legitimate company. The reality is that you will watch as insiders bleed SPNG dry of whatever may have value. The first shot was the confiscation of the GFGU shares which were bought by Spng, which also brought suit to protect its interest. The only problem is that RME scarfed up the bounty; leaving the share holders with nothing but a $1,250,000 hole in their wallets.
As time goes by, you will see more pillaging of SPNG. SPNG, and its share holders, will be left with little if anything.
