I'm planning to short usca near the date the restriction is lifted to lock in "gains". Maybe a fairly volatile period. Who knows though, GOOG lockout period ended and the market didn't even notice. It's a long ways out yet anyways.

On a side note, I have a limit order at .0001 cmkx for a ton of cmkx on the tiny chance that I might be filled. I imagine there must 1000x most shares waiting to do the same thing.
