I do find it a bit odd that the timing of this pr for growth, perfectly coincides with possible drilling results which i'm sure they have in hand, and the fact that as someone else pointed out that this was a pr about something their still looking in to, not something they have done! With few key details i might add. When they were looking into certain investments back before the economy took a dump did they bother to inform us about it in the form of a pr. I don't think so! Maybe reading to much into this but these are my thoughts.
