Buy the silence sell the noise which applies here. Very quiet which is a good time to accumulate for the next inevitable run. Look at the chart and you will see it's bottomed out and ready for a turn. Some idiot keeps smacking the bid with ridiculous sells of $1 which brings it down on no volume. MHGI day will come soon possibly this week imo.
