LONGS need to stop blaming mgmt.

Guess what, they don't care about us, and I personally don't care about them. We are separate from each other in terms of our finances.

Look at the fundamentals of the situation.

* a valuable company in terms of marketing, distribution and integration (shareholders own manufacturing and marketing with their SPNG investment).

* Extreme undervaluation based on potential O/S shares and income/revenue.

* huge future potential applications for patents and product line.

* continued synergy from Dicon acquisition.

* limited downside- worse case scenario of penalties and fines with new management at the helm.

This company has tremendous value. Someone will assume that value and shareholders will be rewarded in time.
