To say I am livid is an understatement. What is going on? Raging Bullxxxx!! To call Mark out with the insinuations as to and questioning of his integrity and intent is ludicrous and shallow. Mark does not need me to take up for him. He is a standup guy who, as he succinctly put it, tried

to share information for the benefit of all (ERHE) shareholders.

I for one will continue to appreciate his efforts to establish meaningful relationships with people in the ERHE/JDZ knowledge base and then share what he could without infringing any aspects of their confidentiality. Mark cared enough to share! Think about that! To me that says volumes about the man. Never destructive rather a team player for each of us to emulate.

BB, whether you are right or wrong in where you were trying to go with your ERHE conclusions, you, IMHO, had an obligation to pick up the phone and discuss any misgivings with Mark prior to including him in your tirade. As Mark conveyed, he is neither inaccessible nor invisible. A simple phone conversation could have done wonders towards preserving going forward relationships and allowing an airing of any misgivings. Additionally, keep in mind that the hand that points the finger has three pointing back, so beware. This old world has a way of bringing the chickens home to roost; you will not be exempt. Again, I do not care if you are 100% right about the ERHE outcomes; the seed of distrust you have sown are going to give you a bitter harvest. I do not care how brilliant a person is; if relationships mean so little then I want to stand an appropriate, up wind distance from that individual for I too may be his/her target one day.
