This is part of the Company's 19 state market roll out of the Company's revolutionary WIMAX services.

The addressable market, demographics, and Company estimated revenue metrics for broadband internet services in the Silicon Valley metro markets include the following statistics:

1) Estimated Silicon Valley metro market shows a potential subscriber

"Imperial Wireless is excited to bring its IW4G WiMax Super Fast Mobile Broadband and Internet Phone Services to the vast market of Silicon Valley residents, businesses, students and mobile professionals. We endeavor to provide an invaluble service by offering our speedy mobile Internet experience on the go. Having this capability otherwise restrictive to their home or the office computing experience, has proven to offer a dramatic shift in effectiveness and quality of lifestyle," said Val Westergard, Chairman, MediaG3, Inc. "We're pleased to provide a valuable new category of Internet services designed to make people's lives more enjoyable and more productive, wherever they happen to be in our coverage area."

Joseph L. Anzalone, MediaG3 President, had this to add: "With our headquarters in the heart of Silicon Valley, we are excited to be positioned to deliver our WIMAX services platform to businesses and residential communities in the Silicon Valley, which is synonymous with innovation and leading edge technology development. Our service rollouts are gaining momentum as anticipated, and more frequently than not, ahead of expectations as subscribers are demanding the broadband services to meet their growing appetite for internet service without limits. Our strategy continues to revolve around the development of our presence in every underserved market in the country where we can offer the consumer an unbeatable combination of next generation broadband and mobile Internet services at highly competitive prices," added Mr. Anzalone.

He continued, furthermore, to enhance the service plan. MediaG3 plans to utilize 30 carrier grade cellular towers which were successfully acquired earlier this year and will be used to support the network expansion in selected key markets throughout the United States. "MediaG3 will be employing its strong portfolio of telecom equipment to support the WIMAX service expansion. These carrier grade towers will help in broadening the reach in conjunction with our patent-protected LMDS equipment platform. The goal is to provide leading edge WIMAX service to everyone, not just those in major metropolitan communities," added Mr. Anzalone.

MediaG3's IW4G, a New Generation of WIMAX

The 4G customer experience is similar to that provided by Wi-Fi, but without the short-range limitations of a traditional Internet hot spot. The companies are all using a wireless 4G technology that differs from Wi-Fi called WiMAX, which provides service areas measured in miles, not feet.

Further, IW4G gives you average mobile download speeds of 3 to 6 mbps with bursts over 10 mbps.*

As the Internet integrates deeper into daily life, the opportunities to stay connected and be productive are enhanced by IW4G in numerous ways:

-- A busy parent who wants full Internet connectivity for kids studying
or playing games in the back of the family minivan;
-- A college student or retiree looking for one affordable Internet
service provider to meet their needs at home, on campus and on-the-go;
-- A mobile professional who is unsatisfied with the speeds and
limitations of 3G modem cards or the need to seek out Wi-Fi hotspots;
-- A commuter interested in working or accessing entertainment sites like
Hulu or Pandora on the way home.

For these and many other customers, IW4G's simple and innovative pricing provides ultimate flexibility. IW4G's mobile and residential plans can be purchased by the day or by the month, and with several no service contract options available. Home Internet service plans start at $25 per month, while mobile Internet plans start at $35 per month, or customers can purchase a convenient day pass for $10. Additional savings are available for customers by purchasing a combination of services that could include home-and-mobile or mobile-and-mobile Internet plans starting at $50 for both, or by signing up for a two-year service agreement. The dual-mode 4G/3G plan is available for just $70 per month with a two-year service agreement. Customers can find full details about pricing options, business plans and purchase the service online at www.iw4g.com.
