Are there less than 500 legitimate shareholders?

That's similar to your question of, "...are we really shareholders?" But my question is more interesting because it brings up the question of "are we really even a 33 Act company?"

What if we crossed the "number of shareholders" threshhold because of Naked Shorts selling counterfeit shares? It's an interesting legal question, don't you think?

As for me, if we see a forced accounting of shares, shorts can buy mine back. They are sitting there waiting for them.
