Not the "Big News" if that's what you're talking about.

There are several here that have good DD and research skills, If there was that "BIG NEWS" of a merger deal completed, you would definitely hear about it. As a note, it is interesting if you look at any chart on TDGI, for about a year TDGI was very quiet, like it was sleeping, sitting mostly in triple zips (.0004's .0005's etc) then toward the end of last June 2009 it started to move up.

This last June 26 TDGI opened at .0007 on a Friday. The next week Monday June 29 it had a high of .0055, Tuesday a high of .019, Wednesday July 1 a high of .03 and Thursday July 2 it had a high of .045!! So in just 5 Trading Days TDGI went from a .0007 to a high of .045. And as is known that was without any PR! That is why we are GLAD that TDGI has a tight share structure. There are not that many public shares out there!! That is why we say it is tight here. (Now of course that certain merger deal did not go through and the price went down)

ANOTHER POINT>>> 2300 W. Saraha Blvd, 8th Floor, Las Vegas is a "scam" address. It is a "sham" address. We have heard that posted here. However look on the TDGI website. You do see that address listed there. Now look on the CONTACT page. You will difinitely see tbs@targetdevelopmentgroup.com

Why does it say tbs?? I am surprised that no one has brought that up before. That refers to Tim Boyd Smith. That was the man who was to be the very new CEO of TDGI in a merger that was to happen, we see that in the financial news released that caused the stock to go up. We all see his typed signature in those financials we see online. Yes he ended up quiting TDGI with his partner friend Mr. Bailey. We had one report that the present CEO Fotis did not want these men doing a selling off of our stocks to get income for themselves. That is called "death spiral" financing. Yes, that is very bad for the stockholders. Hmmm but if that story is true... is that why tbs...Tim Boyd Smith had this Saraha address listed??? I can't say for sure. However it does say tbs on the TDGI contact page. It has not been updated since.

Mr Baily went with another company NXHZ as we know several months ago. Sad to say it has gone down alot. Keeping tabs on that stock we see that their transfer agent had been "gagged" not too long ago. That means if any investor phones the transfer agent, that agent has been "gagged" by the company of revealing how many stocks the company could be selling off. I do hope all there will do okay.

LENGTH OF TIME FOR A MERGER TO GO THROUGH> It takes time for a merger to be finalized and fully completed. We are waiting for merger news here at TDGI. On August 19, 2009 NXHZ announced a letter of intent to acquire Mr. Bailey's company DMI. Several MONTHS later it still has not merged. Many times it is normal for mergers to take time. We know that. Even some banks we dealt with merged with another bank and it took over a year. Or if you sold a home it can take months to have the deal go through, from getting the clear title, to a survey, inspections etc. I was supposed to receive some monies due me legally, but it was held up for months by a very, very, small check that was to complete the grand total. So mergers take time especially if properties and assets are involved. The properties inspected, the titles searched to be clear etc. TDGI may have some property associated with it.

I think that it is good that some latest news is that TDGI's CEO Fotis Georgiadis looks to be just starting a new company called BEDROCK VC (bedrockvc.com) We see his name on the contact page (With ..is that the known celebrity Oliver Trevena also listed ?? I have not researched much of the company AND IT IS ONLY JUST IN THE BUILDING STAGE of its website, but it INVESTS MONEY into successful companies and specializes in "recapitalization" and "company buyouts" It is good that the CEO of TDGI has capital and business know how behind him. Also if a private successful company wants to go public and merge with someone...hmmm

SO>>> JUST SOME INFO TO THINK ABOUT.... I may post this same page from time to time to share with others, so they have info to research for themselves. G'day
