the wnbd PPS FACT that , for several years ,
and ever since wnbd became a public pink ,
whenever wnbd closes below 1 penny , for at least 1 month ,
it Always sinks another 50+% , within another 2 months .
And , wnbd never again closes above 1 penny for a week , before
further sinking below half-a-penny for more than a week .
Recent PPS data has again re-Proven that , [Factually] ;
new-store-counting/cheering + PR's + wnbd-CEO-personal-memos ,
and videos + wine-ladies + nascars + go-karts + paid-IR-guys ,
and social-network-guys + small-foreign-country-ambassadors ,
and sponsored-local-singers + a deliberately deceptive and a
Mathematically Tricky '$100k' Lotto , [which is Mathematically
Provably + Definitely 'worth' Less Than $3k , without even
Any Outsider Allowed To Assure That The 'winner' Is Not a
Pre-Selected Insider or 'friend'] , and any+all other previous
and always continuing [for 3+years] wnbd cash-burning promo
attempts , to keep the longs averaging down , can't ever keep
the PPS of wnbd common shares from Always re-crashing down ,
to well below half-a-penny , At Least Every 6-12 Months .....
{And , the more dilution + the bigger the massively-diluting
wnbd O/S common float , [= more than 6x in less than 3 years ] ,
{which is even publicly filed + admitted by the wnbd CEO ,
even though Not Required By Pinkys , [but probably in an attempt
to hide high-interest loans + super-toxic-CD's , which pinkys
also Don't Have To Publicly Report , and ~Never Do ; But , they
are Not Totally Secret from even low-cost P.I.'s . ]
{and probably the Insider/Convertible/Preferred expansion ;
and their probably 80-90+% super-majority in All 'votes' ,
WHICH ARE REQUIRED EVERY YEAR , BUT NEVER REPORTED TO COMMONERS ;
and their 'ownership' of probably 90+% of All wnbd 'assets' ;
And their ability to 'vote' themselves more 'ownership' , and
even increase their Always-Accruing interest/dividend 'rate' ;
And the Super-Toppest-Level Rake-Off by 'The wnbd Group' ,
and/or Niagra , and/or any NEVER NEED TO BE REPORTED PINKY
LOANS , and/or Super-Toxic-CD's , or almost Any-pinky-thingy .
..... The easier it is to keep sinking below half-a-penny ,
every time the wnbd common PPS stalls below 1 penny for 1 month .
OK : Back to the Publicly available short Facts + Charts + Data ,
which are again signalling some short profits , for those who
act ASAP , on late 27nov , or very soon after :
Ever since 29oct2009 , wnbd has Always closed below 1 penny ;
So , if wnbd can't close Above 1 penny , By 29nov2009 ,
[which is Sunday , so wnbd's last chance is Friday = 27nov] ,
Then , wnbd is again another confirmed short to back down
below half-a-penny [or lower] , within 2 months .
It's just another , of many , ~No Risk opportunities for wnbd
shorters [even locally , in Canada; or anywhere off-shore U.S.],
to again , ~every year , re-make another 100+% profit from wnbd ,
in less than 2 months [and probably less than 2 weeks] .
Even most of the wnbd flipping + part-time-cheering longs are
expected to join in ; And probably some long-term wnbd longs
will sell next week [for hefty tax losses] , and maybe even
buy back ~twice as many wnbd commons for ~half the PPS , at
~half the cash price [or less] , within 1-2 months .
So , within ~3 months , the wnbd common shorters are expected to
double their cash again , as ~risklessly usual ; and a few of the
wnbd long flippers may 'own' twice as many wnbd commons , for no
additional cash cost , and even a tax-writeoff-gain , as usual .

buy+hold+keep-averaging-down wnbd fans always keep repeating ,
and are always 'promised by the wnbd CEO' , kinda soonish :
