You buy the stock now with no notice to anyone including the promoter, buy as much as cheap as you can (slowly)keep him sleeping if possible while buying, and then alert the troops but do not dump into the troops buying. How is that for honesty? I know that is how I would do it, just don't push the price up too high, leave us some cheapies.
