They can do this when the volume drys up, which it does every day at noon, this week at least.
Whats really happening is it's less of a "mm shake" and more of just lack of buy support after lunch combind with overall low volume. There is strong volume and buy support first thing in the morning, this last to around noon. At lunch, the main buyers take off and you are left with mostly day traders and sellers at that point. Before launch you have a good buy to sell ratio, after its a strong sell to buy ration where the sales start to out number the buys.
On top of this, you have low volume after lunch as well, which makes it alot easier of this stock to trend down. Every day this week its traded up before lunch and then way down to the LOD after lunch. This will continue through friday. Hopefully though, this is just mainly due to this being a major holiday week and not a on going trend with this stock.
