If blacks are 95% more likely to commit a crime, doesn't racial profiling make sense? I mean, as much as that idea is patently offensive, you've got to admit that it is pragmatic.

That still does not justify stopping every black person without cause. I would think you would agree with me that this method is a total infringement on a person's rights.
