I was just going to post that two

The Board of Directors of the Company, in the exercise of its business judgment, believes that 1,000,000,000 shares is the appropriate number of shares of authorized common stock to have.

I have to go, going to dig later. But I see the something. Also to the guy about the boom market "up there in Canada" read there filing there telling you in the filing that it's slow and their sales are decreasing.
