a series 7 is a license that a broker gets when he passes a test..only a license broker can call a stock a buy or a sell
in pure cut and dry meaning..
when you see a subway press release you will see a broker in the release who has made his report on the stock..

that is called the legal loophole...

bill can probably point his finger to the spot that the chart says is a buy and a sell,but the problem with charts is to make money you have to anticipate and create that little chart to reach that spot...that unfortuantely you could not legally honestly say and why i feel that charts only tells part of the story about trading..

you have no gut instincts you got no trading future...sorry..
