My 2 cents:
1. Real estate is tanking, UNQT is done!
2. There will be a new company taking over this shell soon.
3. UNQT selling massive shares to new CEO or financer of new co.
4. When news hits this will run to 7's or 8's tops.
5. New company will begin to dump shares for dough.
6. Get out then or hold the bag.

I could be wrong but this is the classic set up. I have seen it many times before.

In the meantime this is a flippers paradise. It is too easy. Like taking candy from a baby!
