There is also a share buyback that could happen in early december. This company is usually into trying to explode on Xmas sales and they want there stock to get off the ground they will be looking at doing a buy back. My thoughts are that this is happening now and happened a week ago aswell. Im not sure but I think last year a PR came out about a Buyback program. Can any one remember? Im going to check SEC website and will post again soon
