I would really be interested in the Padilla question.

When I spoke with Bob last, he said 2007 and 2008 were done, they were working on 2009. I was told it should be done by the end of the week....and that was almost a month ago.

I would presume that the 2009 filing would have to list majority shareholders and IF Padilla is who some have assumed he is...that could create quite the sticky situation and undoubtedly an ethics probe.

Of course, posting a PR containing the filings minus this information would satisfy most investors...although it would not satisfy Pinksheets.
