Very perceptive. I've had a few thoughts along similar lines myself. As I recall, there is a phrase in a company statement about making the technology/product available to the poor/needy of the world as well, on a pay as they are able type deal. This is no way to run a business, as far as a business man is concerned. He'd sell his mother if there was profit in it. I think of microsoft and how they got where they are by stealing ideas and crushing the little guys. I personally prefer the benevolent capitalist to the power-crazed. On the other hand, you do need someone to protect you from the microsofts of the world, or they will take you out.
