I think that the history of the Co is to only put out PR's when it is a sure thing.(hoping some of these are close) I like the fact of this and it does help with shareholders confidence.
I know of a lot of other Co's that put out PR's every time the wind changes direction. It really adds to the pump and dump, I dont see a problem with that in Jiangbo.
