Oh please. You know I've done plenty of research on BLTA. That money was spent eons ago obviously. That's why they're looking for more funds which apparently they don't have. Like I said they need at least 6M+. Are you saying they haven't spent any of that money and it's still sitting in an account ready to go? Why then are they begging for more funds?
