This is going to pay-off, just be patient. I keep hearing how this guy Humphrey has screwed the common shareholders in the past, well, he has made too many statements in the PR’s to get away with anything this time. I have looked into the fraud cases in Nevada and if he is just trying to swindle us this time, he is going to be giving PR’s from behind bars. I think he knows this fact, so he needs to follow thru.

The internet is a wonderful thing to find information, just go to the state of Nevada court web site and you will find that crooks get prosecuted in Nevada for doing what the bashers are claiming Humphrey is trying to pull-off. I myself was a little skeptical about the method he choose to reorganize the company, then I did the DD and learned that he is pulling a fast one here, but it’s an ingénues move to reorganize without going bankrupt.
