Question....wouldn't SNP look at it as a big bluff as well? As herky, jerky as may seem, it may be exactly what it is. Maybe there wasn't a second shooter on the grassy knoll.
Either way its all good IMO. I don't believe that the company would have made the move either way if they did not know that there was a significant discovery.. SNP knows the same and Offer knows this as well.
