Health Sciences Group Inc (HESG)

So far I can only put this together one way. Now these are my personal opinions about this company so I hope those who read this are not offended if they disagree. I believe that MJNA needs another company from the perfect state or maybe has the perfect fit for the future of their company and somehow they chose HESG

I also think in order to make a profit in these not for profit states this makes for some reason a perfect storm for these two companys to merge or possibly work together in a unity of sorts to acomplish profits

I do not not know the legal reasons MJNA needs HESG but their must be something about their companys share structure and their understanding of how to help start up the process to further their companys needs.

I am concerned that MJNA has not posted anything of a merger with HESG or for this matter no mention of any merger. I actually have more thoughts about this subject, but will refrain from making any more statements about my opinions until later. This is all very fluffed on my part right now just doing more DD and will comment more later......... All in my opinion
