Look at the 1 year chart for this stock and see how more volume equals less movement. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see there has been continuing dilution. Yeah, I said it, the big D word....

IDK, but I'd say if the company knew they were being bought out by a "big company", and they could PR sales increases instead of "bids" increases, this wouldn't have tanked like it did today. My guess is the company increased their O/S again today.
