Where do you see the mention of 300 million shares to FINRA. I have never read any of Lurker's posts that mention that all 300 million shares went directly to FINRA and I really don't believe that you have either. If this is not the case please provide links to those posts that reference this specific number of shares that went directly to FINRA.
