Do the words HAD, COULD, POSSIBLY have any meaning to you? When these words were inserted into the post it was meant to convey that this was a post of OPINION. Should Lurker be denied the right to his OPINION. He merely outlined a series of events that COULD have changed several different outcomes as to the need to issue shares and the availability of the company to obtain financing.

"...Had JP filed the right paperwork, SEC approved and FINRA uplisted us all last year and the economy not collapsed, EI could have filed and possibly gotten a LOC by EOY which could have negated the share increase and we'd have 380mil in O/S today, not 671mil..."

I wonder if you have ever posted anything that could be taken as conjecture and not meant to be fact based? Have you ever posted as to what COULD happen or what WOULD happen if certain things had been done a different way?
