that may or may not be true. We will find out soon. By the way, all these additional "negotiations" and "discussions" really kicked into high gear September onwards. If the audit does not come out by wnd of February, then there is a major disconnect between what the company is saying and what is happening. Audits typically take 3-4 months to complete.

I am unclear as to why posters are discussing a R/S as part of a potential merger. Didn't the company have quite a few shares they have set aside for a merger?
