Someone has NITE sitting on the ask to keep it down imo, I really think they were given shares by someone to sit on it until they are good and ready. Imo, when they are given the signal they will be gone from the ask and this will take off to the upside. Do not have L2 at work (have it at home) but someone has NITE controlling it. If they can sell some at the ask then pick them back up at the bid they are doing their job.

Again, just my opinion, but I would be buying those shares they are throwing out there because when they let that ask go it's gonna cost alot more to get in...

I would buy but my portfolio % breakdown by stocks has me at my limit here.
