IMHO I don't think FDA will NOT act before or during the show as it would look too suspicious. They will wait until the shows over and then give an answer one way or the other. It also not unlikely that Imgg needs some further refinement of a feature that none of us have knowledge. The FDA could require more information and take a longer time frame then what all of us believed is imminent.
