In CYSG - CAPE Systems Group, Inc., is a leading provider of software technology for packaging design, pallet optimization, inventory and warehouse management, supply chain execution and order fulfillment.

I have accumulated a “healthy” position in this. Many of you may remember that I was very bullish on this stock a couple of months ago. Well, the time has come again. I believe the PPS is bottom here. There are several reasons why I am back in this stock: prospect of a reverse merger; the relationship of the CEO to its sister company, DNPI (DNPI is a story in itself); its growing relationships with other companies, such as Open Terra, a privately held company; the track record of the CEO; the institutional MMs that have appeared to show up on the bid; press release is pending according to some; audited financials pending release. Some of this is speculative, but given the history of Nicholas Toms, most people that follow this stock would agree that Mr. Toms will look out for the best interest of the company and its shareholders.
