hard to tell whether the lack of filing is sheer incompetence or delaying of bad news. perhaps they simply do not have the intellectual capacity to count numbers. they act like a privately held company that does not have to disclose anything. i have held this p.o.s. too long already in hopes they would actually learn how to conduct a real business. now it is simply a writeoff against capital gains this year to soften the tax burden. just another stinkie pinkie.
