10-Q Is Out

Pipa
IF you are serious about wanting answers, spend less time on PR's, and more time on 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q. The 10-Q was filed 11-20, have you even read it? There are a few nuggets of new info. I only had time to skim it for now.

From the current 10-Q:

4. Subsequent Events

On November 18, 2009 (I think this should read August 18) we completed the purchase of one Boeing 747-200 aircraft. The purchase price was $475,000. The aircraft did not include any engines. As of September 30, 2009 $75,000 in payments toward the purchase price had been made.

On November 15, 2009, the Company paid the remaining balance and it now owns the aircraft. The aircraft was purchased without engines. In conjunction with the purchase, the seller is leasing to the company engines on a power by the hour basis. Baltia will take delivery of the aircraft and will register the ownership title with the FAA in Oklahoma City. The aircraft is scheduled for maintenance and interior upgrading.

Baltia is currently conducting the FAA Air Carrier Certification process under Part 121.

As of September 30, 2009, Baltia had twenty full-time employees and ten part-time employees. Baltia's staff includes professionals who have extensive major US airline experience in aircraft maintenance, airline operations, airline regulatory compliance and administration.

Yahoo Finance does not have a link to the 10-Q yet.
