I'm not naive enough to say that all states will eventually impose it, but with more and more states falling into a deficit, additional revenues are needed. Taxing mjna is seeming more and more like its gonna be this avenue of revenue.
My point though is that no matter if the company produces losses during its first periods of operation, more investors will see the potential with the company due to the government's ever changing stance.
