I called Scottrade for those fellow investors being held hostage by them. They said that Scottrade gets stocks transfered to them via DTC (Depository Trust Company)who currently has a "Global Lock" on any buying or selling of MGLG. He said he didn't know how other stock trading companies are allowing trading since DTC handles virtually all transfers globally. He said that when DTC says it is OK to proceed with trading, scottrade will set us free from our chains of poverty.
