Both... additionally having only 110M authorized for Etc. is HUGE for investor confidence. Many thought that this would lead to massive dilution, and this fear can now be put to rest.

I'm surprised that the shares are not trading back at pre-dividend announcement levels already.

Well, I guess the market has to absorb the shares of at least one large exiting flipper...
