yep , exactly.

And if we make a little math .If he ( DW ) stil have some 6M shares
and aka sold company ( as for 8-K ) for lousy 8K than he knows
what0s the real PPS value after RM is completed.
So - if the market value of company is ( will ) be worth at
least some 25M USD , there is calculation what he's expecting.
25M USD / 6M shares equals to projected 4USD per share ( at least ).
Just my guess , but if if put myself in his shoes I would think in
the same way.
IMHO.
