Seems to me with the recent actions taken by Capt Crunch,lies or fabrications 'can' result in legal trouble.
PS. RS. As for the threatening message Blanket received? It was a name and a phone number to call if he had a problem with Axis.He posted them @ StHouse and the post and his alias were removed.
