I have been told that some folks have owned shares for over a year or more. I myself have held stocks for a few years waiting for things to happen. The stock market itself, or spng or its mgmt. is not on your schedule or mine or anyone else's but whatever deadlines it has to comply with whatever filings it has to do. And at this point I do not know what dates these are. If you do you can elaborate. But, after the SEC stopped trading, maybe deadlines of whatever were loosened. I do not know. I have no idea what is going on I cannt see.
I do know this. I invested in this company due to its products and its potential, and its sales as reported in its 8/31 extensionh document, and in the Federal Court Pleadings in the trademark infringement case-- which I think are real. Dicon has added an entirely new dimension to this company. Plus spongebob -- just beginnig, and other Nick program items. Other Dicon products. Other retailer outfits to reach 100,000, etc., etc..
I do not know how much fair value is as we do not have any O/S figure other than 722m. But I love its sports ads, which are brillant. I am willing to wait for however long.
I do know this --- WARREN BUFFETT invests for the long term, not just for months, he holds stocks for years and that is why he is where he is. So, Feb, 9 months -- in Warren Buffet timelines is no time at all.
